Hotel Shuttles will be provided to all IP Attendees from Punta Cana airport exclusively.
 
Ensure that you are in the lobby and ready to board the shuttle 3 hours
before your scheduled departure time.

INBOUND TRAVEL

Note: Terminal A is under construction so anticipate delays once you have cleared customs.

  1. Upon arrival follow the green signs in the terminal for immigration. Please have your passport/blue form ready/filled in.
  2. Then continue onto baggage claim. Airport porters will be around the baggage belts to assist (the porters will assume $1USD tip per baggage), should you not require assistance you may say “No gracias”.
  3. Proceed to customs where you will hand in the white customs form you received on your flight.
  4. Once past customs you will see a section of tour operators, pass this section and the taxi & car rental area. At the end you will find a shuttle company staff member holding the Ideal Protein sign waiting to take you to your vehicle.**

 

**In Terminal A, due to construction once past the tour operators continue towards the right, straight outside and head towards the “Nathans Hot Dog Stand” from there you will find the shuttle company staff member holding the Ideal Protein sign.

 

Transfer time is approx. 20mins to the Paradisus Palma Real Hotel.

 

If there is any flight delay the company will arrange your shuttle transfer according to the delay.

OUTBOUND TRAVEL

Prior to travel you will receive an email containing your shuttle pick up time. You will be responsible to be packed and ready at the lobby for your shuttle 3 hours prior to y our flight departure time. DO NOT MISS YOUR SHUTTLE. The driver will be at the hotel 15mins prior to the indicated pick up time.

 

If you have portered your luggage with the hotel, please take a moment to check prior to departure that your luggage is in the shuttle.

 

A shuttle company will have a table in the lobby from 9am-5pm daily on travel days with the Ideal Protein sign, for departure information. It is suggested that you check in with the shuttle staff 1.5 hours prior to their departure to make sure everything is on time.

 

Transfers for delayed flights that exceed 2hrs will be delayed. A Liberty staff member will be available at the hotel during travel days for questions related to return shuttle travel.

 

You will be responsible for keeping an eye out for your flight and any delays. You can check online yourself, at the front desk or with a Liberty representative on-site. If a flight is delayed for more than 2 hours your new transfer will be 3 hours prior to the new departure time.

 

Note: Due to the security measures put into place in the United States all passengers must be at the airport 3 hours prior to the estimated departure time (ETD). As this a reinforced procedure by the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security we need to follow procedure as your ground handler. Canadian measures will be similar for the purpose of this event.
