IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are placing a request to bring a spouse or to extend your stay, please do not book your flight until your request has been reviewed and approved. You will receive an email from the events team after the completion of your online registration request with confirmation. Requests will be based on hotel availability.
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
If you wish to request to extend your stay, you must place your request via your online registration submission.
Price:
Single Occupancy
$225 USD/night/person (available on occupancy until Dec 16th - rates increase after this date)
Double Occupancy
$150 USD/night/person (available on occupancy until Dec 16th - rates increase after this date)
Once your extended stay has been approved, you will be contacted with how to proceed with booking your extended stay directly with the hotel.
BRINGING A GUEST
Prices:
Additonal Adult Guest
$170 USD/night/person (available until Dec 16th - rates increase after this date)
Includes airport transfer fees.
Additonal Child Guest
$95 USD/night/person (available until Dec 16th - rates increase after this date)
Includes airport transfer fees.
** Guest flight costs is at travelers expense. Ideal Protein will not pay for your guest's flight.
Includes:
- Full access to all-inclusive hotel amenities; including breakfast, lunch, dinner, a-la-cart restaurants and beverages
- Invitation to the Ideal Protein Welcome Reception on December 7th
- Invitation to the Ideal Protein Closing Reception and Dinner on December 10th
- Airport/Hotel Transfers to and from while in Punta Cana
Once your guests' stay has been approved, you will be required to pay for their stay by November 1st. Failure to do so will result in your guest room dates to reverting back to single occupancy.
