cHECKING IN/OUT:
- Check-in on the 7th and out on the 11th– visit the Ideal Protein Event Hospitality Desk located on the first floor behind the main stairs of the hotel lobby (you enter the hotel on the second floor). The hospitality desk will be open from 11:00 am until 05:00 pm on Dec 7th.
- Guests checking in/out at different dates, visit the front desk
Upon check-in, each guest will receive a bracelet which will identify that you are part of our group. It will give you access to the all-inclusive at the hotel, where you can also arrange appointments for the Spa and/or Golf ($$) with an extra fee.

To book an a-la-cart restaurant for dinner, visit the reservation desk located at the main entrance of the Naos Buffet, between 9-5 pm.

Hotel Restaurant Dress Code:
Most of the à la carte restaurants don’t require formal dress for dinner. Vento, Aqua, Palazzo and Passion require men to wear long trousers, closed shoes and shirts or polo shirts. Guests will not be allowed to have dinner in any of the restaurants in beach attire.
Tipping:
All current hotel taxes, gratuities and service charges are included in the ALL-INCLUSIVE PLAN. You may provide additional tips at your discretion.
