Field Staff are asked to pay for their flight when booking with Sandrine and expense via Certify. If you are a new employee and do not have access to Certify, please notify Sandrine and we will look after the expense for this event. 

Please book an outbound flight that leaves after 6pm (7pm for Canadian travellers) on Wednesday to ensure that you have sufficient time to travel to the airport.

Daily breakfast is included in your room rate, breakfast vouchers will be provided upon check-in (one per guest room) for full buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant (Fifty300, breakfast buffet hours 6:00 AM-10:30 AM).
