Dr. Tran Tien Chanh is a co-founder of the Ideal Protein Protocol. He started his career as a general practitioner and sports physician, but quickly became interested in nutrition and obesity-related issues. Having concluded that weight loss was essential for treating illnesses such as hypertension and dyslipidemia, Dr. Tran was a driving force in the development of the Ideal Protein Protocol.

An award-winning graduate of the Faculty of Medicine in Paris, Dr. Tran has published several books on diet and weight loss, lectures on weight loss across North America, and is a member of Ideal Protein’s Executive Medical Advisory Board.

 

A registered pharmacist for more than 30 years Mr. Ciell joined Ideal Protein's start-up team in 2006 and helped launch the company.  In addition to this establishing role, Mr. Ciell serves as both the Senior Science Advisor and Director of the Scientific Support Center for Ideal Protein. Offering online support services for Ideal Protein Clinic Partners, the Scientific Support Center specializes in addressing Patient or Client technical issues.

 

Dr. Douglis is an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist (ENT) and is currently board-certified in both otolaryngology and sleep medicine. Dr. Douglis has offered the Ideal Protein Protocol in his practice since 2008.

 

With Bryan’s vision and leadership Ideal Protein is revolutionizing the way people lose weight with innovative & companion technology like the IdealSmart Platform & App.

 

Bryan’s team is also hard at work ensuring that Ideal Protein’s staff and partners are well equipped with collaborative software and systems in order to best serve all our customers.

It’s been 12 years since Carol Schmick came on-board with Ideal Protein.  She currently is National Advisor for Western Canada and leads a Team of dedicated Regional Development Consultants who, with Carol, have built a strong three-province, two-territory region.

Carol is driven by the opportunities she has every day to make positive differences in others’ lives, especially through education and Team building.  It continues to be her privilege to be of service working with the deeply committed members of her Ideal Protein Team, the many Centers throughout the Western region and Ideal Protein’s Home Office.

Greg is a seasoned healthcare executive who was most recently, CEO of Virginia Heart Health, a leading cardiovascular center located in metropolitan Washington D.C. where he introduced the Ideal Protein Protocol to their Clinics. In a career spanning over thirty years, Greg has proved himself to be a highly professional strategic operator with an impressive track record of leading teams and driving sustainable growth. 

Greg has also been a member of our Medical Advisory Board since 2017 and is highly knowledgeable about our Protocol and business already! In his new role, he will lead all the field-based Business Development teams across North America and International businesses while leading the charge on new business and our development planning for US healthcare. Greg brings a new level of experience, connections and a strategic and leadership capability that will help us accelerate the growth and success of Ideal Protein.

Dr. Riley is currently the Professional Pharmacy Services Consultant for C.O.P Laboratories Inc., President of KD Riley Pharmacist Professional Corporation, a pharmacist practicing Medication Therapy Management and a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Florida College of Pharmacy Pharm D program. She is a member of the Ontario College of Pharmacists Council and Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada. She is the pharmacist consultant and developer of the Hogan Pharmacy Ideal Protein program that started in 2012 and still acts as a consultant for that program.

Once described by a client as a, “five-foot force of nature,” Maureen sees herself as a rebel with a cause, an agitator, and a business collaborator.  Her passion is to help businesses reach high and get what they want, while navigating with their moral compass.

With over 20 years as a founding Director, and more than 25 years in the industry, she has a proven track record in leadership development and helping companies to deliver real change.

Her goal is to shake up thinking and ensure that the outcome of that change is a robust system of values and mutual respect.

Isabelle Carrière has been with the company for the past 12 years and was the first National Business Advisor overseeing the Quebec province, where Ideal Protein first established. With more than 30 years of experience in business entrepreneurship and coaching, Isabelle is dedicated to have each individual flourish and succeed through their business.  Graduated in Neuroscience she goes in life with the following quote: "The solution is in the person in front of me, I’m only their reflection."

Her family, kids and grand-kids is what is most important; through them she finds her true authenticity and creativity.

Deena Ebbert is Propellergirl – putting a new spin on interaction to motivate winning workplaces.

Bob has been an Ideal Protein passionate for over 10 years, first as a successful dieter, then as a clinic owner and Regional Consultant. He often jokingly quips he has a PhD in the protocol. An uncommon listener and consummate teacher, he refers to himself as Mr. Gumby. He loves to help people understand the protocol, the business and the life changing opportunities of Ideal Protein. His students call him the King of Nice; his co-workers nick-named him, the Love Cat but his real claim to fame is his wife Cyndy, his four children and being grandpa to five grandkids. Oh, and he’s also a total golf nut!

Kristin enjoyed a 30-year career as a Registered Nurse in community health before becoming enchanted with the Ideal Protein Protocol and opening two stand-alone centres. After five years of growing her businesses she became a Regional Development Consultant for Ideal Protein in 2014. Her passion is making a difference in the world embracing wellness both physically and mentally.

Certified to teach Mindfulness Meditation, Mindfulness of Eating and Yoga, Kristin enthusiastically incorporates all of these modalities into training coaches and into her personal life.

Pam has been with Ideal Protein since 2009, first as a dieter, clinic owner and coach and soon after as a Regional Development Consultant and active Maintenance Advocate. Drawing upon her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, thirty- five years as an elite International Equestrian Coach, Trainer and Judge, three years as Office Manager for Zimmerman Chiropractic Office and a Five Star Management Chiropractic Assistant Trainer and Motivational Speaker has provided a solid background to be an Ideal Protein Consultant.

While most of her equine career was as a stable and business owner in Fort Saskatchewan, Pam had the honor to work with the children of Michael and Susan Dell and Tom and Lynn Meredith of Austin, Texas and bring their children their first of many National Championships.

Pam brings her passion for life, health and wellness and the art of coaching to Ideal Protein. She enjoys learning, hiking, yoga, working out and continues to ride, show and judge horses for pleasure.

Charissa has been with Ideal Protein for five years, first as a successful dieter and then as a Regional Development Consultant. After completing her degree in Psychology and Sociology, Charissa discovered that she had a passion for business as well as people. Subsequently, she opened her business which she operated for 12 years before selling it and moving forward as a Real Estate agent for the next 14 years.  Her business experience and coaching ability has provided a solid background to be an Ideal Protein Consultant.
