MELANIE STACK
PRESIDENT AND CEO

Melanie is a seasoned business leader who has worked extensively in Europe and Asia and was, most recently, President EMEA of Newell Home Fragrance Division – famous for the Yankee Candle brand. In a thirty-year career, she has managed brands in the toy industry such as Fisher Price, and Barbie at both Mattel & Hasbro as well as a ten-year tenure running the Weight Watchers business across the UK, Europe & Asia.

Melanie has been working as an advisor to the Ideal Protein business since September and is excited to take the business through its next phase of growth by refocussing on the fundamental strengths and outcomes of the IP protocol through its healthcare provider network.

She is a mother of two (grown up) children, fanatical about her two dogs and has last year ran her first marathon (in her mid fifties!!) in New York.

DR. DOLORES ZUMBADO
SE REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

Known for her leadership and passion, Dr. Dolores Zumbado has been involved with Ideal Protein for over 10 years. 

Dr. Zumbado is a National Business Advisor and provides educational and training support for over 350 clinics in the Southeast Region of the US.  As an owner of Dr. Zumbado’s Lifestyle Community since 2008, she leads one of the most experienced Ideal Protein coaching staffs in the Washington DC area.

“Dr. Z” as she often called, is a Doctor of Chiropractic, holds an undergraduate degree in Nutrition, and has owned multiple successful businesses for over 30 years.

SUZANNE BOUCHARD

VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Suzanne is a product leader focused on providing results through successful product portfolio transformations.  With a background in marketing, she is extremely passionate about health & wellness.  She worked for over 13 years for WW (formerly Weight Watchers) as the North American lead of Consumer Products bringing brand-building products and partnerships to market.  Her experience across many consumer product categories have increased both revenue and customer satisfaction in helping them live a healthier lifestyle. 

She is currently VP of Product Management for Ideal Protein and based in the NYC office. Suzanne lives in New Jersey with her husband, two daughters (ages 6 and 9), and the best Olde English Bulldog ever!

JULIE PELLER

VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Julie Peller is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at ideal Protein.  While has focused most of her time at IP on launching a training function, she is responsible for improving all aspects of the customer experience for clinics and patients.

Before joining the IP team, Julie worked as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Dia&Co, the General Manager of FreshDirect and brings with her over 10 years of experience with multiple positions within the field management organization at Weight Watchers.  

Prior to working at Weight Watchers, Julie was a consultant in the New York office of Bain & Company where she focused on Retail & Healthcare. 

She currently lives in Manhattan with her husband Brian and two daughters, Josie and Lila.  She has a keen interest in Retail, Weight loss, Consumer and Hospitality Businesses.

TIM BUIST

CLINIC ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Tim has worked with Ideal Protein clinics throughout central and north Florida for the past 6 years. He has a track record of top business development performance in multiple segments of the medical industry, including surgical devices with Johnson & Johnson, pharmaceuticals with Merck & Co, and clinical trials with Imperial Clinical Research Services.

After seeing healthcare from a few different perspectives, Tim decided to follow his passion for preventive health in helping Ideal Protein clinic owners achieve their greatest health impact in their communities. This work has been the most rewarding and enjoyable of his career and he is excited that the best has yet to come.

Tim hears the Magic Kingdom fireworks in Orlando nightly from his home (occasionally watches from front porch), with his wife of 20 years, Albina, 11-year old daughter, Rowan, and 8-year old daughter, Esra.   

ASHLEY PATTERSON

CLINIC ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Ashley Patterson has been involved with Ideal Protein for the last 3 years in multiple aspects of the business, new business development and in the clinic engagement space.  Currently a Clinic Engagement Manager in the South Florida area working with clinics to develop and grow! She really enjoys working with the clinic owners and coaches on marketing and growth strategies.

Ashley was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, graduated with a Marketing degree from Florida Atlantic University and spent her free time as an NFL cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins. Go Owls and Go Dolphins!  Prior to working with Ideal Protein, she worked as a medical device representative.  With a passion for health and fitness, Ideal Protein is a perfect match for her skills and passion.

She still lives in Boca Raton, with her husband Joey and their two girls, Cameron who is 11 and Lucy who is 6.  The house is outnumbered with two more girls, Hazel their pit bull and Gwen their teacup chihuahua, and yes, they get along great!
