Melanie is a seasoned business leader who has worked extensively in Europe and Asia and was, most recently, President EMEA of Newell Home Fragrance Division – famous for the Yankee Candle brand. In a thirty-year career, she has managed brands in the toy industry such as Fisher Price, and Barbie at both Mattel & Hasbro as well as a ten-year tenure running the Weight Watchers business across the UK, Europe & Asia.

Melanie has been working as an advisor to the Ideal Protein business since September and is excited to take the business through its next phase of growth by refocussing on the fundamental strengths and outcomes of the IP protocol through its healthcare provider network.

She is a mother of two (grown up) children, fanatical about her two dogs and has last year ran her first marathon (in her mid fifties!!) in New York.

An award-winning graduate of the Faculty of Medicine in Paris, Dr. Tran has published several books on diet and weight loss, lectures on weight loss across North America, and is a member of Ideal Protein’s Executive Medical Advisory Board.

He has spent the last 25 years of his career working as an interventional cardiologist in California, Oregon, and Arizona. He has used IP in his clinic since 2011.

 

A registered pharmacist for more than 30 years Mr. Ciell joined Ideal Protein's start-up team in 2006 and helped launch the company.  In addition to this establishing role, Mr. Ciell serves as both the Senior Science Advisor and Director of the Scientific Support Center for Ideal Protein. Offering online support services for Ideal Protein Clinic Partners, the Scientific Support Center specializes in addressing Patient or Client technical issues.

 

 

Dr. Douglis is an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist (ENT) and is currently board-certified in both otolaryngology and sleep medicine. Dr. Douglis has offered the Ideal Protein Protocol in his practice since 2008.

Deb Buchanan has been with Ideal Protein since 2009. She has successfully supported 100+ clinics as an RDC and now as a National Business Advisor for South Central and part of the Midwest where she helps support 22 RDCs and 642 clinics. 

Deb has been a business leader in the medical industry for 20+ years.  She is a Dale Carnegie-trained coach.  She is a passionate speaker and dedicated to Ideal Protein’s mission of making an impact on the obesity epidemic through education and inspiration.

Bryan’s team is also hard at work ensuring that Ideal Protein’s staff and partners are well equipped with collaborative software and systems in order to best serve all our customers.

Dr. Paul Wilson is a family doctor who has been practicing in Prince George’s County, Maryland just outside of Washington D.C. for the last 26 years. His weight loss journey on the Ideal Protein program began in January 2016 at a weight of 420 lbs. He shed 185 lbs in 12 months on phase 1 and has now been on the phase 4 maintenance protocol for 2 years.  Dr. Wilson credits his success on the Ideal Protein program to the strength of Dr. Tran’s protocol and the unwavering support of his coach, Sally Nash.

In addition to the 20-30 of his patients who were inspired by him to start their own Ideal Protein programs, both of Dr. Wilson’s daughters have successfully met their weight loss goals on the IP protocol. He is very proud of Rebekah Wilson, 29, who lost 85 lbs and Renata Wilson, 23, who lost 80 lbs.

Dennis is an experienced Development Consultant with a leading weight management protocol that provides repeatable, predictable and measurable health outcomes.

Deirdre Pizzoferrato is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist, Obesity Researcher and the author of The Very Hungry Cave Boy: Our Modern-Day Challenge with Kids and Their Brains.  A passionate advocate for the prevention of childhood obesity, Deirdre has spent much of her 20-year career dedicated to spreading awareness through the development of the Nutrition Nanny® brand.

In 2014, Deirdre returned to servicing the adult population after discovering Ideal Protein, which she credits as being, “much more than just weight loss - it is generational transformation.”

Deirdre is a Clinic Success Manager and works with select Clinics in the New England Region.

Sherry has 40 years’ experience in B2B, B2C, and health care.  In 2007, she founded a company to assist medical professionals enhance patient services, improve outcomes, and increase revenue. She’s been a consultant for Ideal Protein since 2008. She owned a weight management clinic from 2009 - 2015, learning firsthand what works.

Sherry brings an unwavering commitment to giving people a positive, powerful, and principled mindset as a backdrop to becoming all they can be. She appreciates the challenges we all face in achieving optimal health in a positive way. Her “can do” spirit keeps her excited about life and her passion for health is contagious.

She lives in Parker, CO with her Golden Retriever and competed in her first triathlon on her 60th birthday.

Lori (Letner) Anderson is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from the University of Iowa PA Program and has practiced in family medicine as well as spending a significant amount of her life working as a Health Science Liaison and Specialty Sales Representative in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 

She joined Ideal Protein about 9 years ago and has enjoyed educating others in the chronic disease management protocol which is Ideal Protein in the Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska areas.

Lori is married with three daughters, a step son and step daughter and 7 grand babies! She enjoys helping others and her talents include singing and acting!

Tracy Gardner is a seasoned Entrepreneur and business leader who spent 20 years as an Executive with Bosselman Enterprises based in Nebraska.  In a 20-year career with her family’s business, she worked in multiple leadership roles.  After her Grandfather passed away and her mother sold her shares of the company, Tracy went on to co-own Gardner Drywall Inc., Giggles Childcare & Preschool and Pazaz Marketing.    

In 2010, Tracy decided to do what she was most passionate about and became a Certified Health Coach and opened Crave Weight Loss Center in Nebraska and later, Ideal Coached Weight Loss Center in Peach Tree City, Georgia.  In 2013, she became a Consultant for Ideal Protein and covers Nebraska, Western Iowa and Kansas.  

Tracy's passion is to motivate, inspire and empower individuals and her clients to greatness!   She specializes in business growth and development.   Tracy lives in Omaha, Nebraska, has 3 children and 2 grand puppies.  She enjoys everything health & wellness and sharing the Ideal Protein Mission! 

Tia Means has been with Ideal Protein since 2011.  She is a RDC in Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri.

Tia has been in the medical field since 1991 and is a certified, CNA, HHA, massage therapist, PT Technician, medical biller/coder and was an EMT for 10 years.

Tia is committed to educating, training and supporting the clinics she consults for.  She enjoys keeping patients engaged with fun activities such as mocktail mixers and cooking events.  She is passionate about helping others on their journey to health.

Sara Mulero has been with Ideal Protein since 2012. Starting her own personal journal to health as a patient, then coach, and now RDC that covers Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Sara Mulero started her career in engineering management and transitioned to medical dental field for the last 15 years.

Sara was fortunate to be featured as an Amazing Transformation for Ideal Protein after her own personal transformation.  Sara has dedicated her life mission to the mission of Ideal Protein through education and teaching others how you can eat well, be happy, and be here longer for those you love!
