Embark on a 12-week wellness journey utilizing the Ideal Protein lifestyle protocol. 

For four weeks, you’ll explore the benefits of nutritionally ketosis (Phase 1) prior to transitioning for another four weeks into our newly designed stabilization phase (Phase 2). 

There you will tune into your body’s signals to discover your unique Macro Code, the “sweet spot” to manage hunger, cravings and weight gain. 

Lastly, you’ll be coached for the final four weeks on how to use the maintenance (Phase 3) tools in your daily lifestyle.

Commitment Questions:

Will you attend all three group sessions on the following dates?

  • Phase 1 Kick-Off - Tuesday, September 6th at 3:30pm PST / 7:30pm EST
  • Phase 2 Onboarding – Monday, September 26th at 3:30pm PST / 6:30pm EST
  • Phase 3 Onboarding – Tuesday, October 25th 3rd at 3:30pm PST / 6:30pm EST
  • Support Group - Weekly Coach/Patient Support Group Mondays Sept 5- Nov 28

Will you be able to commit to a recurring, weekly 15-minute virtual coaching session?

Will you commit to the full experience using the Ideal Protein tools, such as Info Folders, IP Platform, APP, and Recipes provided to assist in your weight loss journey?

Will you complete a short survey once you’ve completed the Challenge?

Will you share your personal weight loss and maintenance success with your clients/patients?
