As an event attendee, Ideal Protein will cover the cost of your guest room and tax during your stay. You will be asked to provide a credit card upon arrival for incidentals. Guest and meeting room wireless internet is included in your stay.

Atlanta arrival

Pickup zones:

  • Delta Airlines Lower Level LS2 
  • All Other Airlines North Terminal LN1 

Your driver will have a sign with your name.
 

Atlanta departure

Pickup will be outside the hotel lobby.

Travelers will get a text message from the driver on the day of pick-up.
 

If you experience a delay or cannot locate your driver, please call 404-618-4498.

If you need to delay your driver, please contact the company 1 hour prior to scheduled pick up.
Should you need to cancel your pick-up, please do so 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up.
